Meet Jax! A bilingual herbalist, regenerative farmer, postpartum doula, and artist; Jax has traversed a wide & varied terrain to arrive where she is at today. Her food is informed by her travels, farming, herbalism, nutrition, and creativity/intuitive play. She relishes the feeling of nurturing others. Her own journey through healing and health have brought her to deeply value not only local and organic food, but the energy put into it, the pace at which it is made, and the story it tells. Aiming to walk her talk, she creates food in a grounded, calm environment, free of processed foods and with local ingredients. Integrating, too, age old wisdom like Ayurveda and Western Herbalism into her creations, she believes the way we eat is truly medicine. She also works as a retreat chef.
